“Is there a warranty on your products?”
There is a 10 year warranty on all of our scales and a 1 year warranty on all of our vaporizers.
“How long will it take to receive my purchase?”
We ship every Tuesday and Thursday
“I live in your area. Can I just come by and buy from you?”

“How long does it take for my vaporizer to fully charge?”
Your vaporizer should be fully charged in 2 – 3 hours
“How do I clean my vaporizer?”
Each unit comes with a brush and metal tool. Using the metal tool take out the herbs and with the brush wipe the chamber and screen. Do this after every use to avoid build up of residue.
“Do I need to replace the screen on my vaporizer?”
If you remove the screen and clean with alcohol you can reuse the screens. Only to be done if needed.
“If I have a defective scale or vaporizer what should I do?”
Every scale and vaporizer comes with a warranty card. Please fill that out and include the original receipt and place the product back into it’s original package with both included. Then send that into the office in your country. Our Canada address and USA addresses are on the bottom of the warranty card. *The original receipt must be included!
“Can I Download a New Warranty Card?”
